1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Age Verification

If the player is found to be underage, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source. 3 Account Registration & Security

One Account Policy

The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. qe77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify qe77's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. qe77 reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
Accuracy of Information
You are required to ensure that all information held on your qe77 account is accurate and kept up to date at all times. Any changes to your personal details — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — must be updated promptly by contacting our support team. qe77 reserves the right to request re-verification of your identity at any time, particularly where account details have been amended.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on qe77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not impose currency conversion fees on BDT-denominated transactions. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

- Bank Transfer: Supported local bank accounts in Bangladesh
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your qe77 account balance in under 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. qe77 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to large deposits and may request supporting documentation where appropriate.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts to bKash or Nagad are processed within five (5) minutes under standard conditions. Payment Method Ownership
All payment methods used to deposit funds into your qe77 account must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where the depositing payment account belongs to a person other than the registered qe77 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exemption has been explicitly approved by qe77's finance team.
Processing Times: All withdrawal processing times stated above are indicative and apply to fully verified accounts under standard operating conditions. Processing may be delayed during periods of high transaction volume, national holidays, or where additional verification is required. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) applies to all stated processing windows.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
qe77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to that offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and the general conditions below, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable offer terms, all bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount plus the bonus amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
Bonus Eligibility
Each promotional offer specifies the eligibility criteria that must be met in order to claim it. Unless explicitly stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim the same offer more than once — including by creating additional accounts — will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all associated funds and potential account closure.
Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice. Wagering requirements must also be met within the validity period; any bonus funds remaining at expiry that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited along with any winnings attributable to them.

qe77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. qe77 also reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering with the intent to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk through low-variance betting strategies, using bonus funds on excluded game categories, or exploiting technical errors in the platform.
6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
All games available on qe77 are supplied by certified third-party game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the records held by the game provider's server shall be the definitive reference point.
Random Number Generators

Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 7 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on qe77 and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. qe77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in any of the following:
- Registering more than one account or providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting a person under 18 years of age in accessing or using the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, chargebacks without legitimate grounds, or misrepresentation of identity.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker game, or sports betting market.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage of any kind.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
- Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, systematically exploiting low-risk wagering strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, or referring fictitious individuals for referral bonuses.
- Transferring funds between player accounts, or accepting funds transferred from another player's account.
- Using qe77 for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including but not limited to: money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other unlawful purpose.
Anti-Money Laundering: qe77 has a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering and the financing of any illegal activity. The platform reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect illegal conduct.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your qe77 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, qe77 will process the closure within one (1) business day. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your primary verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus funds not yet converted to real-money through wagering will be forfeited upon closure.
Closure by qe77
qe77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:
- A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
- The account has been identified as a duplicate of an existing account held by the same individual.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- qe77 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.
- Fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse has been detected or is reasonably suspected.
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months with no login activity recorded.
Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion at any time by contacting qe77 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay and without question. A self-excluded player will not be able to log in to their account, make deposits, place bets, or claim bonuses for the duration of the exclusion period selected. qe77 will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to self-excluded players during the exclusion period. Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months. qe77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a real-money balance, until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qe77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or interruption of service, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency system updates, and events beyond qe77's reasonable control — including network outages, government action, or natural disasters — may result in temporary service unavailability. qe77 will not be liable for any losses attributable to such unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit qe77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute between you and qe77 in connection with your account or these Terms & Conditions, you are encouraged to contact qe77 support in the first instance to attempt an informal resolution.
